Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

FitNyx respects your privacy and your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your FitNyx account and all associated data — including any data obtained through Facebook Login — you can do so using the methods described below.

Option 1: Remove FitNyx from Facebook

You can revoke FitNyx's access to your Facebook account and request data deletion directly from Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
  2. Click on Apps and Websites in the left sidebar
  3. Find FitNyx in the list of active apps
  4. Click Remove next to FitNyx
  5. Check the box that says "Delete all posts, photos, and videos on Facebook that FitNyx may have posted on your behalf"
  6. Click Remove to confirm

Option 2: Request Manual Deletion

To permanently delete your FitNyx account and all associated fitness data from our database, send us an email:

Send your request to:

support@fitnyx.in

Please include the email address associated with your FitNyx account in your request. We will process your deletion within 30 days and confirm via email once complete.

The following data will be permanently deleted:

  • Your account profile and preferences
  • Workout plans and exercise logs
  • Session history and progress data
  • AI Coach conversation history
  • Any other data stored in our systems

Data & Compliance

FitNyx does not store personal data beyond what is necessary for authentication and providing our fitness tracking services. We comply with Facebook's Platform Terms and Data Policy regarding user data handling and deletion. When you request account deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our Supabase database and cannot be recovered.
